BALL VALVE STRUCTURAL CHARACTERISTIC

Unique valve stem flexible sealing structure:
Structure of valve stem nut holding down butterfly spring leaf and then packing is adopted to ensure the sealing and the valve without leakage outside by making the packing remain enough pressing force after abrasion.

V-shape packing structure:
Reasonable-design V-shape packing structure is adopted so as to efficiently convert media pressure inside valve chamber and locking strength of the nut outside valve chamber into the sealing strength of valve stem, ensuring the seal effect of the valve stem.

Anti-extrusion and invented sealing structure of valve stem:
Valve stem is of down installation type and inverted sealing structure with sealing washer.Sealing strength of inverted sealing increases as the pressure of the media in the valve pressure chamber goes up to ensure the sealing and avoid the extrision of valve stem.

Anti-static structure:
Chromium nickel stainless steel spring and ball are available between ball and valve stem and valve stem and valve body,successfully leading the static arising during the start process of the valve to undergrand via pipeline and avoiding static striking fire and lighting inflammable media. The system is ensured safe.

Sealing structure of valve seat:
Ball valve adopts double inclined plane flexible seal ring, efficiently reducing the fricition between ball body and valve seat,and operation moment, and ensuring the service life of ball seat.

Anti-scour structure:
When the scour stength of the media is very large,the specially-designed anti-scour structure of the valve seat can efficiently prevent the media from scouring and ensure the service life of the valve seat.

Fire safety structure of floating ball valve:
Fireproof lip is designed inside the supporting surface of valve seat. In case of burning and damanged of valve seat due to fire accident, metal-to-metal sealing will arise between fireproof lip and ball body to efficiently stop media from diffusing and fire accident expanding.

Full diameter structure of ball valve:
Full diameter structure of ball valve ensures the conformity of inside diameter of passage and pipeline, with the fluid resistance minimized and easy for cleaning pipeline.

Anti-error operation structure:
In order to avoid error operation on the valve installed in the open air or by non-operators,or for impact of handles at vibratory occasions,spacer and locking hole are available at the handle of valve for the purpose of ensure safety.
